We stayed the night in a beautiful room. We had the duck skewers which i would highly recommend. The service was really good. Only downside was the breakfast. I would have expected a few more options on the continental breakfast and the cooked breakfast (not included in the price of the room) was not great. My husbands egg were like rubber! i would still go back though. They also gave us 20% of all our food bills as we were staying, which was an added bonus

Eat here often and recently hosted a party here in a private dining room. Excellent buffet loaaaaads of food all of great quality! Friendly staff couldn't do enough for us, will definitely use their private dining rooms again. Only constructive criticism would be that the stools and tables in the laid back/bar area are too high. We have kids and used to come weekly, now not as much as the low seating is around small tables X

Well what can I say about this wonderful place and people? Apart from they made both mine and my now wife Carly Parker's day amazing. They gave us a little off room and made it feel so special. The staff were absolutely lovely to us and our guests and the food was amazing as ever. We stayed in room 5 which is the honeymoon suite (so to speak) and it was stunning and just what we needed. Thank you Florentine for making our big day so special Darren and Carly
